Use of Service

• You may sign up as an Individual or an Organization.
• You may not use TrackTale for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or harm our app in any way.

Free and Paid Accounts

• Free accounts have daily usage limits, ads, and restricted features.
• Paid accounts offer additional features such as ad-free usage, unlimited tracking, and extended group options.
• All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Group and Organization Use

• Only Group Admins can manage group budgets and categories.
• Members can only view or input allowed data as per assigned permissions.

Data and Content

• You retain ownership of your financial data.
• You grant us permission to process and analyze your data to provide the service.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

TrackTale is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for any financial loss or damages arising from the use of the app.
